What happens when you call us and we miss the call

If you call our published business number and the call goes unanswered, our system may send one SMS reply to the number that just called us. The reply identifies our brand (Rosen Systems), asks whether you would like a callback or to schedule, and includes opt-out and help instructions.

This is a conversational reply under the CTIA conversational messaging standard: you initiated the conversation by calling us, and we are simply responding to your inquiry by text because the voice call went unanswered. We never text a phone number that did not just call us, and we send only one reply per missed call.

An example of the first SMS reply you may receive after a missed call:

Rosen Systems: Sorry we missed your call. Want us to call you back, or schedule a time? Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Scope and frequency

  • Replies are limited to your original inquiry. We do not send marketing messages, promotional offers, or unrelated content under this consent path.
  • Message frequency: at most one SMS per missed call. Subsequent messages, if any, are conversational follow-ups limited to your inquiry.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • We do not share, sell, or transfer your phone number or your opt-in consent to any third party for marketing purposes.

Opt-out and help

You can opt out of all further SMS from Rosen Systems at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
