Sam Rosen is the founder of Rosen Systems, an AI customer-communications platform for service businesses based in Reno, Nevada. He builds software that responds to every inbound lead in 15 seconds, books appointments automatically, and collects reviews — so service-business owners can stay in the field without losing jobs to voicemail.
Sam writes the code, runs the business, and works directly with every client during onboarding. He's based in Reno and works with service businesses across the United States.
What I'm building
Most service businesses lose more leads than they realize. The owner is on a roof or under a sink when the lead comes in, and by the time they call back the customer has booked with someone else. Rosen Systems closes that gap with a managed AI front desk that never misses a message. It's a service, not a tool — the customer doesn't learn anything new; they just stop losing jobs.
