Rosen Systems is an AI-powered customer communications platform built for service businesses — plumbers, HVAC companies, gyms, countertop fabricators, dentists, anyone with leads coming in while they're on the job. Every inbound lead — by email or webchat — gets a personalized response within 15 seconds. The system books the appointment on your calendar, follows up if the customer goes quiet, and asks for a Google review after the work is done.

The founder

Sam Rosen founded Rosen Systems in Reno, Nevada to solve the lead-response problem for service businesses he saw firsthand. He builds the product, runs the company, and is usually the person who responds when you reach out.
